After the movie you are able to validate parking before you exit the theater. The movie starts and 3 hours later my mood improved. I had to remove old popcorn from my seat and a whole entire bag of popcorn was left on the seat next to me. Once I get into the theater it was obvious that there was no attempts to even do minimal cleaning between showings.unacceptable. I finally after numerous attempts of trying to get a server's attention I was able to place and order and grab a buzzer. I understand sometimes serving people gets complicated but to walk pass a customer as if they are individual is unacceptable. I sat at the bar for atleast 10 mins before being acknowledge. I make you the theater with enough time to order some food from the VIP area of the theater. It's been a few months since I have patronized this theater but all of my pass experiences have been fair. Meeting family and friends I wanted to choose a central location, which was Regal Atlanta station.

To top things off, once the movie was over and the lights came up, my husband looked down to find butter all over his new pants, which had leaked through the flimsy paper bag! Considering all the new ways to gain access to newly released movies( Firestick & HBO max) I’m highly discouraged to come out and spend money at a theater that doesn’t offer the full movie experienceīeing a fan of the Marvel movies I was so excited to go see the new movie for the Avengers: Endgame. There were guest seated directly in front of us, Using a vape inside the theater and constantly blowing smoke into my husband’s face. The pieces were so tiny we could barely pick them up. We did not enjoy our medium popcorn because more that half of the bag was crumbs and kernels. After waiting in line he missed a substantial amount of the beginning of the movie.


My husband returned to the concession stand to question why we were denied icees upon arrival. After the movie started, we noticed multiple patrons returning to their seats with Icees. This was quite disappointing considering we could have popcorn and water at home. To begin we visited the concession stand where I was immediately told that “icees and nachos would not be sold because both machines were broken” we settled for popcorn and two bottled waters. I am completely disappointed with the experience, or lack there of, that my husband and I received last night.
